Fridge design and appearance are very nice. The chilled water is not chilled, not warm, but not any colder than our tap water. The ice maker is slow. It takes more than 48 hours to fill an employ ice maker. 11 months after purchase, ice maker failed. LG sent new one free of charge, but it is still slow.

Purchased this LG counter depth refrigerator a few months ago and enjoy it more than a previous side by side. Seems To be just what we wanted for size and depth with great interior lighting and plenty of freezer space. The only issue I don't like and maybe LG has an a answer for this is the left door closes extremely hard. Unlike, the right, at times it feels like you're going to knock something right off the door shelf if you don't gently hold the left door as it completely closes. I don't feel like you should have to hold the door handle until it's completely closed with out it making a loud banging sound like somebody is slamming it shut. Please advise

Have been enjoying my new LG 27 cubic feet, counter depth refrigerator for several weeks now and I'm very happy with my purchase. I love the roomy shelf space and storage room inside the doors. I have the extra internal door storage space since I did not select the outer water/ice dispenser. All is working very smoothly and quietly. I had one hiccup with a dent in one of the doors upon delivery, but LG quickly arranged to replace the door and it was done very satisfactorily by their local Service Representative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2017 we bought another very popular brand 23 cu.ft. refrigerator that we should have been happy with. It was a disaster. The in-the-door ice dispenser meant having the ice maker in the refrigerator. After replacing the ice maker and all it's component parts, that refrigerator is now in the garage to store drinks. The replacement was the LG 27 cu.ft refrigerator with the ice maker in the freezer and the drink dispenser in the refrigerator. Couldn't be happier. More space for food, Better storage organization with shelves and drawers. Bigger vegetable storage bins. More freezer space. And no more painful experiences with reliability like our not so old other brand refrigerator. LG is the best.

I purchased this refrigerator last year around christmas time. So far I don't have any issues, well, for one, it is still brand new, the only quark I have is that to reach the bottom pantry 1/2 doors have to open both doors. But, that may be how it is supposed to be.

We love this refrigerator and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a counter depth fridge with a lot of capacity.

I bought this unit two weeks ago and so far it has been great. lots of space in both the fresh food and freezer sections. easy to place and remove items. the unit looks great inside and out. the only problem I had was the two fresh food section doors were not aligned. I followed the instructions to align them and the problem is mostly fixed and the remaining misalignment is not noticable. I never hear the compressor running, very quiet and uses very little power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The left hand door slams so hard it shakes the whole fridge and the things in it. Tech guy changed the hinge (same as the old one) and same results. Told us to shut the right-hand door first and it won't be so bad. I don't agree. I guess we will have to put up with it because otherwise we like the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first new refrigerator in 25 years and I was impressed that a counter depth unit has as much capacity as my old standard depth unit. It runs very quiet and keeps everything at a cnsistent temperaure, not to mention the energy savings over my old unit.

The refrigerator works perfectly so far and, like Winnie the Pooh's treehouse, is much larger on the inside than it appears on the outside! I like the bottom loading freezer. The interior water dispenser is a really great feature, keeping drips off the exterior of the fridge. Have only had it for about a month, but so far it is wonderful!
