Flavor was light not over powering but also a bit on the bland side. Probably would be best used as a side with other flavors on the side and not a solo snack/entree.

It's so easy to cook. The flavoring is not too overwhelming but it's not too blan. I do add a little salt to mine. Great for fast quick lunches.

I felt that it was a bit bland, but with personal additions, it was very good. I had some issues with boiling over while cooking it. I would recommend breaking up the cook time.

The texture and taste aren't like the bag rice either it has less flavor. Overall I think the bag version of Ben's Original rice is better than these new cups.
