[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really liked the flavor of the Ben's Original Cups Roasted Chicken Flavor. It was exactly what I wanted with a chicken flavored rice. It also has carrots and herbs and I barely even noticed the carrots were in there. I did feel like it was a little bit dry, but that also could have been the amount of water I put in. The fill line is very clear and easy to see when filling. With a cook time of just 3.5 minutes the Ben's Cups are a great quick lunch at work! I will definitely be buying this flavor and checking out others in the future. I received a free sample to test and review and I can't wait to share it with all of my friends!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would prefer the ben's original in the bag packaging instead of the cups. The cups take an additional 2 minutes to make than the bags. The texture and taste aren't like the bag rice either it has less flavor. Overall I think the bag version of Ben's Original rice is better than these new cups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new Ben's microwaveable rice is so convenient for me to bring to work! It's quick and I don't need to boil any water or dirty and pots. The instructions are straight forward, it's hard to mess up! The flavor is good too, but perhaps slightly too salty. Otherwise, it tasted delicious and saved me a ton of time.

The rice was easy to cook and the directions were very easy to follow. It was easy enough to take off the plastic film, which is a plus as many other brands struggle with that. I was anticipating it being somewhat similar to ramen but the rice felt somewhat dry and the flavor was unfortunate. It still may be nice for a cheap snack, but opt for ramen instead.

You are sacrificing some substance to get something done quick and with less dishes. I would say worth it with that in mind, but it would be a full five stars if it tasted just like how it does in the original packets (or something comparable).

The packing was the classic's Ben's packaging which is one of our favorite brands! The texture was consistent with their other rice! We will totally be buying this again.
