It has no parabens unlike some face products, but the one think I did not love is that it has dimethicone and sodium hydroxide in its ingredients, the latter of which can sometimes irritate sensitive skin. I haven't had issues with it yet, but it could be a concern for some.

I was pleasantly surprised that this stuff worked so well!! It feels great, doesn't have any scent, didn't irritate my skin, didn't break me out, and did a wonderful job moisturizing. My skin gets really dry in the summer, especially around my cheeks and this helped so much. If you have sensitive skin or tend to get clogged pores, I would definitely recommend this!!!

I started using it, the first 4 applications I didn't notice much, but around the third day I noticed my face starting to feel very smooth. After about 5 days of use the red dry spots started to fade. After a week my skin was noticeably smoother with even skin tone. I was really surprised by how well this cream worked. I've been using it twice a day, for almost two weeks and I am pleased with it. The fragrance-free formula is extremely lightweight, it spreads easily on my face and neck area and it absorbs quickly. I also really like how this moisturizer feels, it's not heavy or greasy and it doesn't leave my skin with a sticky residue. However, since I'm fair complected and live in the south, I would prefer for my facial moisturizer to have SPF but, putting that aside, this Neutrogena Daily Facial Moisturizer works well, feels good on my face and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for something light and effective.

It did an okay job, but didn't make my skin feel really moisturized and soft. So I took away another point for that. It's just okay to me, but I don't prefer using any non-organic products at all !!!
