It did add moisture, but did not change the texture of my skin. I am acne prone (yes, grown adult that still gets a zit!) and did find this did give me some small pimples on my chin after a few days of use.

It's free of Fragrance, Parabens, Phthalates and Dyes, which I look for. It contains skin loving ingredients like Niacinamide and Pro Vitamin B5 and Vitamin E. My skin can get dry and some products further irritate it. This moisturizer is calming and hydrating and is great for all skin types. It penetrants into the skin quickly, can be used am and pm and is a great base to put makeup over while not clogging pores!

It absorbs nicely and throughout the day even in this hot weather my face doesn't feel clogged up with moisturizer. It's really nice, my face just feels nice.

Up until a few years ago, I never really put much thought into facial care products. My wife started suggesting I try hers now and then. For the most part I wasn't liking them because most were scented. When I had the opportunity to try this Ultra Gentle moisturizer she strongly advised I try it and , you know, I am glad I did. It's unscented which is awesome. It's got all kinds of great vitamins and other ingredients great for the skin on your face. It absorbs super fast and doesn't leave your skin feeling tacky. I put it on after the shower and really like how my skin feels. Both my wife and I give it two thumbs up and hope you will too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cream is great. Use it every night after washing my face and my skin feels amazing. After a few days I could see the difference. It's softer and brighter and my pores aren't clogged. The only downside is the smell. I didn't like it.

I did not prefer the packaging as it is too similar to other neutrogena products I own and therefore easy to mix up (I.e, the sunscreen I use for my face!). It also did not make my skin feel soft and refreshed but slightly sticky which I did not prefer.

I can see the improvement in my skins natural barrier after just a few days of consistent use. Will definitely be repurchasing and adding in to my daily skin care routine!
