I only use it after I shower since my face is clean before use, as the directions suggest. Normally, I do not put anything on my face after I shower, which causes my face to be dry in some areas while oily in others; it's a combination. When I applied the cream, it cooled my face while also making it feel smooth. I did not see any dry spots on my face, nor was I overly oily. You do not need much for the cream to work; I just put a thin layer on it. It does what it's intended for, especially with the amount I used; I feel moisturized.

It does not feel like it clogs the pores at all, and leaves me feeling fresh and ready to rest after washing my face in the evening. I have not noticed after a few days of using it. Only thing is I thinks it should be meant for normal and oily skin type. I tend to have dry skin with an oily T-zone. Had to reapply more than once since my face still felt dry after application.
