[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't lie, I had pretty much all but given up trying to find an affordable, lightweight moisturizer that works for my sensitive, combo skin. However, Neutrogena has done it again! This formula not only absorbs quickly enough that I can actually layer foundation over top of it, but it leaves my skin smooth and more hydrated too. I work in healthcare, I am on the go from 6am-7pm most days and when I get home and take my makeup off, my skin begs for help! This moisturizer has really helped to soothe my sensitive skin and, in my opinion, works better than most of the "high-end brand" moisturizers I have tried that are 3 times the price of most Neutrogena products! I was very happy with this product and it has definitely gained permanent residence in my skincare routine.

I did not prefer the packaging as it is too similar to other neutrogena products I own and therefore easy to mix up (I.e, the sunscreen I use for my face!). It also did not make my skin feel soft and refreshed but slightly sticky which I did not prefer.

Butttt my skin isn't necessarily dry like it doesn't have any dry patches or anything but it's a little tight and I want my face to feel more comfortable throughout the day. That's why it paired so well with an oil without clogging my pores n stuff. I think i'll continue buying this if I don't find anything better by the time i'm finished with it.

It's not an excessive amount, maybe like 3-4 at most. Over all it is very moisturizing and you only need to use a little bit.

The weeklong use really helps you figure out it's compatibility with your skin type. Some pros first, it's lightweight, didn't have any major breakouts (sometimes niacinamide doesn't agree with me), didn't leave a film or greasy layer behind and absorbs quickly with a slight cooling feel. Downside after using twice a day for a week my skin started to dry up and was needing to go back to what I had been using originally. Overall, I would say if you are someone who loves trying new products/skincare junkie you can pass on this. However, if you are at the start of your journey and don't know what you like/skin needs this is a safe option that should give you skincare benefits as well as answers to what you may need/prefer moving forward.
