Only one part of heating coil works and takes several hours to heat up enough to start cooking, worst crockpot I have ever owned!

I have had this crock pot about a year, but the keep warm setting boils the liquid and even burnt my chili on one side of the pot yesterday.

It is easy to use and easy to clean. I forgot my crockpot liner and made queso and thought it would be a nightmare to get it clean and it came right out. I definitely see lots of soups and stuff being made this fall and winter.

I did read some reviews saying that it gets hot on the outside, and it does. At least mine didn't get too hot. If the idea is for you to cook & carry, you will need to wait until it cools down. The outer shell is very lightweight, which might suggest it is made from a cheap material. The stoneware and lid contribute to the overall weight. I am excited to see how long it will last. It makes it so convenient to prepare the food, lock it up, then take it to the parties and events! It looks really well made and durable also. I like all the timer features which makes it even better. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the ease of use. This was an upgrade from my old crock pot. I like the digital display and that it has a temp built in. I feel like this heats evenly and does a nice job with keep the texture of the food cooked but not mushy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its very easy to use. Love that ! It does get every hot !! ( dislike) . I had out dinner in it in the morning by 12 it was fully cooked. My husband turned it off and when I touched the top . It burned me. ( my fault ) it is a nice size. Love the fact that it locks down for easy delivery.
