[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift. I've cooked in it several times and it over cooks my food every time. It gets to hot even on the low setting.

I returned this pot twice. And my beans shouldn't take more then 6 hrs for it to be done. This is the worst ever . The first (same) took my roast n potatoes 8hrs . I don't see how this has 4n 5 stars.

Just purchased this Crock Pot today. I need to keep a dish warm for transport to a potluck meal. Disappointed to find that the outer pot is too hot to put in the car for transpprt.

I bought this at Christmas time. The temp isn't right. At the warm setting its still boiling, and after one use it stopped working properly. The temp would change all on its own and the timer stoped working.

Second time using the crock pot and I shattered the lid. But you can't even get a replacement one! It doesn't exist. Meanwhile, my other slow cooker lid was baked in the oven and still worked, dropped multiple times and didn't shatter but I at least could get a replacement.

I have only used this model twice to slow cook some chili. After setting it up on low for a 6-hour timer, I, like many others, thought it would be safe to leave and take care of some other things before the meal was ready. Both times, I come back to check on the chili within two hours, and the chili is already starting to burn. Two hours? What's the point of having the timer if there only seems to be one temperature setting?

Cooks too hot and its supposed to cook slow. On low it boils at a high rate

Warm temp setting is scorching the food. Low setting had a meal burned to a crisp in 3 hours.

I use it mostly for a delicious Mississippi Pot roast.

I have had this crock pot about a year, but the keep warm setting boils the liquid and even burnt my chili on one side of the pot yesterday.
