Love how you can set time as needed on either temperature, as opposed to just high/low. Or 4 or 6 hours on high, and 8 or 10 on low. Easy to clean. Great price!

Works great. I love the auto timer. Lost rubbers foot the first day, outside is not as sturdy as the okder models. Side dented from First family gathering. But it does come with a carrying bag.

Got this on sale and it has timers on it and the closures in case it has to travel. Came with a travel bag also. I love the look and how it works with the timers and all the other features. Crockpot is such a great brand.

UnHappy shopper

Don't buy the crockpot brand the warm setting goes to high not warm and Burns the food! I bought 3 at different times in the last year and had to return them for the same Problem! You would think they would have fixed the problem by now! 😢

Do not buy this

I bought this crock-pot and only used it one time for about 30 minutes and it caught on fire inside of it by where the buttons were and it started smoking very quickly. Imagine having a family reunion and your crockpot is just over there lighting up. Would highly recommend not buying this product.

latches don't latch

I bought this to replace one I've had for 17 years. on my old one the side latch is fold up and neatly snap into place on top of the lid when not being used for transport. the lid on this one does no such thing, instead, dropping down in to touch the food every time you tip the lid sideways to drain off the condensation and stir the pot. I'm not dealing with this for the next 17 years so I'm returning it.

Terrible - DO NOT BUY

I received this Crock-Pot as a gift and used it once to make Buffalo Chicken Dip. I finished the first process of melting the cream cheese with the rest of the ingredients and then added my shredded cheese and switched to keep warm. I went outside to spend time with my guests and when returned it was boiling out of control on the KEEP WARM setting. The dip was ruined and I am afraid to use this crockpot again. Crock-Pot should be ashamed of this product and it should be recalled!!!!

Not worth it!

It might look pretty but that's about. The warm setting will actually cook food it's so hot and the hot setting will burn your food in an hour. I was looking for a try slow cooler and this is not it. I've had recipes say to cook on high for six hours, but with this crockpot, it burned within two. My sister has the same one as she has the same issues. Runs way too hot.
