Also, getting 300mg in just 2 pills rather than 350mg in 4 pills (like some other brands), is way easier to swallow each night. I would easily recommend these pills to anyone prescribed magnesium.

I usually just stick with magnesium glycinate as the others tend to bother my stomach. This one was the same for me. I took the dose recommended and about 30 mins later I was having some nausea and kind of just felt off. Not sure if it was the supplement or just an off day for me. I took them before bed since thats usually when I take my magnesium. Value seems good will last 45 days if you take the 2 recommended a day. Dont think I would personally by these for myself but may work better for others who are less sensitive than I am.

I already use magnesium taurate on the regular so I was pretty skeptical as to how this product might affect me, as many other types of magnesium can tend to cause GI discomfort. Suffice to say, this caused NO bloating at all. This is a bit more sedating than my usual magnesium taurate, so it's best dosed in the evening to help with sleep.
