I can't say that they've made any real noticeable difference to me personally, but I really like the formula and have always used this company. People are generally deficient in magnesium so I think it's a good idea to take supplements and this would be a good place to start. I definitely like swallowing a pill better than drinking powder!

These are large pills that are a bit hard to swallow, but no unpleasant taste, which is nice. The instructions for use are clear, you just get very few pills for so much money. Overall, my regular magnesium is a better value for my money
