I love this Fitbit. I have an apple watch ultra but i hate it for a few reasons. 1. it's bulky, clunky. 2. It sends me every notification i get on my phone no matter what sound/focus settings i have on, it always manages to notify me of some useless notification that i don't need. 4. The health details are not that comprehensive it only gives you a macro view of your exercise. why i love the fitbit. 1. there's no screen. i honestly thought i would hate it but i LOVE it. if i want to see my health stats, i pull up my phone. otherwise, i know its always logging my exercise regardless. 2. battery lasts forever. i can't go 12 hours without needing to charge my apple watch. the fitbit goes 3 days without charge easily and can probably go 4-5 days honestly. 3. it doesn't make any noise. no notifications. i barely realize its there and i love that. 4. the google health app is lightyears ahead of apple health. sync it to your apple health and you get all those stats and more. I already have a premium google one account so i get AI health coaching included. You wouldn't think it would be that helpful but it really is. It'll give you breakdowns of your activity, how rested you are, and provide you with options moving forward to best maximize your health/wellness. It truly is amazing. it makes me wanna buy a google pixel and ditch apple altogether and that's coming from a lifelong apple user.

So comfortable and incredibly helpful!

Love this Item so much!! So much more comfortable than the Apple Watch as well! It has so many feature including linking with your health care providers and getting all of that information as well. It tracks my cycles, my heart rate, my sleep and how well I slept. I can track the food I eat as well and my activity all through this little watch and it even connects to my other apps that I need to connect to in order to log my activity which I struggled with before through the regular apple health app. Overall, it's very comfortable to wear and I even forget I have it on! SOOOOO cute :)

Honest Review

Honest review from a Garmin and previous Apple Watch user. TLDR: Great tracking, Great Fit, Great feature set, small and thin size, super affordable, surprisingly stylish, over all an awesome sleep and personal health tracker. Review: I'm impressed with this little device. It's small and relatively thin, yet it offers pretty excellent health and sleep tracking. It's hardly noticeable on the wrist. This sounds funny, but I like the fact I can wear a watch and have the air on my off hand (non-dominant). I think it's a complimentary device, to any other. So far I've put it on and never taken it off, unless to shower. That's honestly when I charge it for the short duration. That's more than enough time to keep it topped off. Whoop Users: I think this device punches above its price range, in a sense that it competes and maybe kills whoop. I'd rather pay for Bevel.app (cheaper and does what the whoop app does), than pay the mandatory subscription. The coaching Ai: Honestly, a great personal trainer surprisingly. You can have the Ai edit workouts and sleep. As well as log nutrition and your own personal

I have the premium app. let me start there. it does okay I have no issues tracking sleep, the battery lasts about 6 days which is fantastic. I got this because I didn't want notifications and distractions and I have toddler wrists. it's comfortable stays in place and actually reads my heart without strangling my wrist unlike the watches. my only gripe is it doesn't work well with treadmills and walking pads. the distance is always wrong. but aside from having to edit those it captures everything else flawlessly and doesn't annoy me with 'reminders' to move.

Disappointing! The steps aren't accurate. The software is a mess glitched. I'm familiar with Fitbit and Apple Watches. Hoped this would be perfect for gardening and my life style . All was update. Phone. The updates on new Fitbit air. Not only were there steps inaccurate, synching was a mess. Spent more time fooling with it. I read many reviews. It's newly launched so maybe it's just not for me.

extremely frustrating experience. 1. no blood oxygen data. apparently Google doesn't even know what's wrong with the device. standalone Spo2 meters are common, there is no liability risk in the USA. they must be making excuses for their global marketing problem, that makes this device fail because it's overcomplicated. 2. no skin temperature data. 3. lots of spam. 4. this one blew my top... after wasting much time and effort, and running into a few of Google's verification roadblocks, I was unable to change the birth date imported from the Google account profile. I wonder what their insane reason is, for preventing the birthdate from being changed. it must be for our own good... lol. and speaking of insane... Walmart logs me out in the middle of writing a long review. but I'm not stupid, I make backups! lol.

Bad sleep tracking

Very, very bad sleep tracking! But it's also very comfortable compared to sleeping with an Apple Watch Ultra on, but would not recommend. Maybe it will be fixed with an update but I have to return mine doesn't even detect naps or anything like that and always shows when I wake up in the middle of the night, is me waking up for the day or it will be hours off, super comfortable though

I found the band very comfortable to wear. However, I did not feel that the information that I gleaned from wearing it was useful to me. I don’t feel that the information the app gave me was accurate or helpful. I would often wake up in the morning and the app would tell me to take it easy that day and this happened today after day after day. It never encouraged me to work out or push myself harder. Also, the calorie window it gave me was quite a bit more food than I normally ate and I struggled to eat that much without feeling sick and over full.

Google Health does not have any computer web interface at all, the app itself is terrible, you can not minimize the timer while you explicitly hit an exercise so you can not use your phone for anything else during that time, cardio load metric is always misleading for everyone and is actually dangerous and should never be the top metric on any device.
