After a rough night or a hard workout, it nudges me toward recovery and an earlier wind-down, and the suggestions genuinely make sense for my day. The sleep tracking and readiness score have made me way more intentional about rest. I also love that I can swap bands in seconds depending on whether I'm working, sweating, or sleeping. And it works perfectly with my iPhone, which I wasn't sure about going in. For a hundred bucks, this thing punches so far above its price it's almost unfair to the competition. If you've been eyeing Whoop but balking at the subscription, do yourself a favor and try this first.
