So I think its pretty useful, but it not hot it just use for warming the food. For me I think it's mid great, but my question is what plate/bowl/tray does it work and what kind it doesn't work, since we don't want any accidents. I think it pretty great only for warming.

I like that we can use a variety of pans to keep food warm. These trays did an excellent job at keeping food the perfect temp throughout our event. I have asthma, so not having to breathe in the stereo air was a bonus. It also looks more elegant than stereo trays.

My Chefman warming tray is great for parties or gatherings when you need to keep food warm. It has a sturdy glass top that's easy to clean and when you turn it on a “Hot” warning message is illuminated to let you know the surface is hot am ready for food dishes. It also reminds you to shut it off when you're done. I have two other old warming trays that I will be replacing with this one.

I got this just before Thanksgiving, it helped manage the range of dishes over the course of 3 hours. No need to nuke food and ruin the taste. It got another workout for Christmas worth more dishes and kept everything at a perfect temperature. I wish I'd gotten one years ago!

Yes, very easy to use. I was pleased with the variable temperature selections and how hot it kept the food. I appreciated the instructions which gave cautions on caring for the appliance--especially about not using rough dishes that would scratch the surface.

It did the job. The restrictions regarding what you can place it on were disappointing. The nature of this type of warming tray is something that you want to take to events and put it on whatever tables are there which often are wooden or plastic folding tables or have tablecloths on them. That's what I bought it for . You should sell this with a heat resistant insulative pad or tray allowing you to place it on anything as long as it's on the pad or tray.

I used the warming tray for the first time yesterday for our Christmas Feast. We were able to load the warming tray with several items and they stayed warm. Having a temperature gauge in degrees vs max heat would be a welcome improvement. That is the only reason I'm giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star review.

It was easy to use! I've only used it once so far, but it was handy to keep our family Christmas meal warm, while we had other things in the oven. I wish there would be an indicator saying that it's still hot after it's turned off, like my stove top does… but it's a minor thing I guess.
