I like it so far. It has enough space for multiple trays, takes small space itself, and looks fancy. The temperature control dial does not align with the heat level marked on the side, but I make it work for me.

Made my Christmas Eve brunch so much easier. Breakfast foods need to stay warm. This tray allowed me to not stress over the temperature of my food, and people who arrived late still had warm food, as did those who wanted seconds.

Seems to work well. Looks nice. It would be nice to have the temperature in the dial. I don't know even what the max heat of this warmer is - can't find it on booklet or online.

The warmth off of the tray was fantastic, I just wished the instructions have more clarified information on where the coils start in stock on the tree. I see a rough outline, but I'm not sure.

It have improved my cooking kept my food warm for my children and my family my family able to eat while I'm getting like out the shower or getting prepared to set the table thank you again

Received it for Christmas And it was an instant life saver. All the stores were closed and we didn't have pans that fit our warming station. Once I opened my Chefman and put it to work. Potatoes and stuffing was very warm the entire day.

One screw fell out of the box when I opened it. One bottom hole wasn't drilled straight, but I was able to put the screw in. Don't expect it to affect functionality.

Great for certain foods that needed to be warm all the time like beef birria, roast beef etc. only, The marker on knob for heat indicator should be more visible.

I have used it once and it worked great. I do wish there was a little more explanation in the instruction guide about the warming levels since the knob doesn't have any thing on it.
