First off, they are not “lightly breaded”. It was fairly heavy. Secondly, there is not much in the package. Lastly and most importantly, the smell and taste is just not good. It was so gross, I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. It only gets 2 stars because my husband didn't mind it. I was excited because these don't have dairy like most. But will not purchase again. Bare chicken is a million times better, and you get more for the price. It does have dairy though so that's the only downside to it if that applies to you.

They are packed with flavor and I love that they are lightly breaded so you get more of the meat/flavor than breading. They smell amazing and no aftertaste. I pop them in the air fryer at 360 degrees for 20 mins because I like mine a little crunchy and they are ready to go. Perfect with your favorite dressing, in a salad or just to get that extra protein in I would highly recommend these breast strips.

It smells amazing after you put them in the oven and the freshness and crispiness stays consistent as well as it is not too salty either.

We baked them instead of using air fryer, there is directions for both methods. The chicken was nice, it was all white meat. What I did not like, was the breading. It was tasteless and the consistency was just off.. this is not something I will purchase.

I never leave reviews but this is hands down the best chicken tender I've had my entire life. The meat to breading ratio is perfect. The seasoning is perfect. And most importantly, the crust is crispier than fast food tenders if you cook it right (literally just throw it in the air fryer for 12 min).
