[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GreenPan cookware is the best and this 12" fry pan with lid is no exception. The quality is spectacular, the design is flawless and my food comes out perfect every time. After a few weeks of regular use, the pan is still performing as brand new. Food doesn't stick at all, I can make eggs without having half a batch stuck to the pan, steaks, stir frys, rice, you name it, all turns out delicious. Heat spreads fast, evenly and it's constant, no cold spots and no need to cook at high temperature. This is a heavyweight pan and performs as such but it's best to only use silicone spatulas and spoons to avoid scratches, and extend its life. The only thing I am not too fond of is that the lid and handle can get very hot while cooking so I have to be extra careful when handling it. Once it cools down it is very easy to clean, just use a soft sponge, warm soapy water and gently wash off without any effort. This fry pan is built to last. I'm so pleased with the quality and value and definitely recommend it.

There is a nice weight to each piece and everything is well constructed with no minor details left unlooked. I can't wait to use these for years to come!

In the time that I have used it so far, I have noticed how much better the non stick coating is compared to other nonstick pans that I have. I love how big it is because it can easily fit a large omelet inside with plenty of room to spare. Overall, I have been very happy with this pan so far.

Just bought the set and worked great for making omelets. A bit confused that the description on the website shows the pans in a dishwasher, but the sticker on the pans sayhs "For Longer Life Hand Washing Recommended" What are the negatives with a dish washer?

It has a tough, diamond-infused nonstick ceramic for a great cooking experience. It's also so easy to clean and dishwasher safe! Would highly recommend!

You'll wanna preserve the longevity of the pan for as long as possible! I have been trying to make the switch to ceramic pans, and this is my very first one! It heats up so fast, my food comes out perfect every single time! What's not to love about that! I love the colors of this pan as well, a beautiful gold and white. They just pair very nicely together! The pan is surprisingly easy to hold, it's not super heavy like I was expecting it to be. Food even tastes better with ceramic I feel. Personally, I'm never going back to non-stick. I'm literally sold! Hands down, the best! Green pan for the win y'all. ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Green Pan Reserve Collection Ceramic Nonstick 12" Frypan with Lid in Sunrise complimentary through Influenster in exchange for my honest review. First off, I love the light yellow color with the gold handles. This is an aesthetically pleasing pan that adds some personality to my kitchen. The size of this frypan is perfect for making all kinds of meals, and the pan itself is lightweight for the size, a huge plus. Unfortunately, I did feel like this pan heated a little unevenly on my gas stove (heat stayed in the center) and took a bit longer to heat up than my stainless steel pans. I coated my pan in oil as instructed and the nonstick claim was true, making for easy clean up. I do have a bit of an issue with the marketing label of this pan. On the outside label, it states that this is tough and scratch resistance as well as dishwasher safe. However, a sticker attached to the pan tells you to wash by hand. While I understand that this is always the best care in taking care of cookware, it seemed a little contradictory and should probably have the care instructions of the inside label be what is listed on the outer label, which is readable in stores. The glass lid is a nice addition and I like that this is oven safe as well. I think this is a pretty good pan, I just need to adjust my cooking times and wait for this to thoroughly heat up.

I've only used it once, but the eggs I made with butter slid right off the pan and didn't stick at all. The yellow is beautiful, and I like the weight and depth of it. I took off 1 star because it's quite expensive and fragile. It came with instructions to use only low heat and silicone utensils and to wash by hand. You can't use cooking spray at all. I think I'll really enjoy it but don't think I'll invest in others from the brand. If you have the money and can be really gentle with it, I recommend.

I usually wipe it out with a napkin, and it's clean for the next time. I use it every day now to make my babies their lunch and breakfast. Even when I cooked chicken and there was a lot of stuck on parts, it came out easily with warm water, soap, and a soft sponge. The heat distribution was good for grilled cheeses, which my babies love to eat. I also feel good knowing it doesn't have toxic chemicals on it for my family.
