[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite following all care instructions and using only plastic and silicone utensils with gentle cleaning methods, this pan quickly showed signs of poor quality. After just one month, the non-stick coating deteriorated, with scratches and chipped edges appearing despite careful handling. Initially, it performed well, but it soon became the most sticky pan imaginable, causing food to burn and making it impossible to clean properly. The height of the 12-inch skillet is also insufficient, causing food to spill out during use. Overall, I don't recommend this product.

I've made quite a few dishes and nothing sticks. It's easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I'm looking forward to adding more pieces to my kitchen.

There is a nice weight to each piece and everything is well constructed with no minor details left unlooked. I can't wait to use these for years to come!

I have been using the deep fryer and this has it best with the even heat distribution. Not to mention the clean up was breeze. This will be my go to for cooking looking forward to doing a stir fry next!!

I would definitely recommend GreenPan products based on my experience with this pan. It cleans very easily. It is very shallow, but it's not a deal breaker! Also, I love the yellow and gold color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is so pretty. It truly is non stick. They recommend still using oil but honestly the smallest amount works. I used like a teaspoon and it was too much! There was no sticking of onions at all it was amazing they just slipped around. The instructions say not to use high heat and I agree you should it the first time I did burn chicken skin on a medium high heat, so just remember low and slow and you'll be all set. 

I bought these 3 months ago, they are a beautiful set of pans. They are definitely non-stick and distribute heat evenly. I would say they are definitely high maintenance, you gotta use silicon/wooden utensils, gotta wait for it ti cool off before washing, have to be extremely careful so they wont get chipped. I hang mine on a wall to make sure the edges dont get chipped while stacked on each other. So all in all, this is the kind of set that needs maintenance, but if you are up for the challenge id recommend it. I had a house guest who wasn't as familiar with ceramic pans so the one time they washed mine, it got some minor scratches. They are very beautiful though so Im still happy with my purchase

Nearly anything can be cooked in these pans and clean up is a breeze (because nothing sticks!). I love these for cooking eggs, whether scrambled, fried, or omelettes. They all come out amazing!
