You could tell the Members Mark whole cloves are very fresh as it has a beautiful aroma once you opened it. The package was sealed tight to keep in the freshness and I love the fact that the cloves were all whole, none of them were broken and there was no powdery residue in the bottom of the package either. The container is also clear so you can see how much is left and it's a tall slim container which is perfect for the spice cupboard.

Such a wonderful pleasant Aroma with these whole cloves. They are very large in size and look to be of amazing quality. The flavor is so warm and add the perfect amount of spice to recipes. They grind up very easily for recipes that require ground cloves, and using them whole to spice tea is a wonderful utilization. The amount in the container offers an excellent value when compared with other brands. I love that the top offers 2 dispensing options as well. Perfect for all those fall and winter recipes!!
