It looked used

I was eagerly waiting for this Vaccum i love Dyson.i ordered it from sams online it arrived but while i was admiring the machine i noticed its been used. I was extremely disappointed i took pictures which iam posting here. Been a business club member since 2009 this i have never experienced. You will notice in pics there is a fiber of red brush stuck on the side. Is it falling apart already?
