I really liked these and the flavor but I grabbed them as a quick grab and go but if u want them cooked thoroughly low and slow is how to do it. I tried a few methods to cook quickly but the center would never turn out hot. In the end, using a air fryer at an extremely low setting for up to or over 20 minutes is the best way to get a crisp outside and a hot inside. I like the taste. I add a little bit of sugar-free syrup and it's an extremely filling breakfast for the price point. I will buy these again.

Very good overall for a low carb high protein food. Preparation is just like other frozen corn dogs or breakfast corn dogs. Oven gets them quite good with a crispy outside and microwave is a bit soggy but much quicker. Not very sweet, but has a hint of maple. It does hit the spot. If you like it sweeter dip in a sugar free syrup

So excited to try these,love everything from Real good foods! I cooked mine in the oven 350 for 20 minutes. Outside was crisp, inside could've cooked a little longer there was a few spots kinda undercooked. The taste to me was pretty good kinda sweet so don't need syrup but I did dip mine in sugar free syrup...yum! I will definitely buy again, great source of protein for when I don't want eggs.

I don't love or hate these, I'm stuck someplace in the middle. The batter needs to crisp up and have more flavor. They are convenient if you don't want them crispy at all. The sausage is chewy but I can deal with that, just with the batter has more flavor. I used a sugar free syrup to try to give them more flavor.

Taste is just ok but i like the protein

Chewy sausage, I tried air fryer method and microwave but that sausage is like eating a rubber ball. The pancake coating was very thin, not like in the box picture but had a fairly good flavor. They definitely need to change the sausage recipe so it is less chewy.

So first thing is I didn't realize it was chicken sausage. That's on me. Then I opened the box and they aren't individually wrapped. Plastic is bad for the environment, so I didn't mind that. Now to the real problems. Batter: The pancake batter was very thin when they put them on the sausages, and the coverage is bad. I'm adding a photo of what I mean. The pancake itself has no taste. And I took one bite and it fell off or isn't binding/adhering well to the sausage like other brands I've had. Chicken Sausage: The sausages from the two I've ate so far tasted kind of burnt, and doesn't taste like "sausage" as in sage or other flavors seem to be missing. It isn't awful, but it isn't something I'd say is yummy either.

We like Real good foods as a brand but this product doesn't hit the mark my son said they were sooo Greasy and nasty and gave him that nasty belly feeling and grease burps after on top of that they had no flavor or good taste just grease.. I bought them even after I read the bad reviews thinking people were being too harsh .. they were not lol

I've had their chicken and it was good, so I thought these would be good also. I was VERY wrong!! The "sausage" tasted like a hot dog then "pancake" just tasted like what corndogs do. I was very disappointed with this!! the really need to go back to the drawing board with this one!
