Why in the name of all things sacred would you mess with the original? I can't eat spice but thought it might be all that bad. It was! Bring back the original!!!!!

This soup is too sweet and at the same time too spicy. You start out tasting sweet and you end with a hot spicy flavor taste in your mouth. I agree with the One reviewer it does not taste like squash soup.

First time I tried this and loved it! It definitely is spicy, so be prepared. The texture is excellent and the sweetness to spice is good. Will be purchasing again.

Okay, I never got to try the original one so I may not know what I'm missing, but I actually loved this one. Sweet with a nice little kick. Like the perfect fall soup.

Not happy at all. Loved the soup you have offered for the last years but will not even try this one because of maple syrup and spice. In past years I have bought 4 or 5 packs of the soup to freeze but I don't even want to try this one.but

I love love love this soup!. its slightly spicy and smokey from the chipotle but its balanced with the maple and the bits of onions and maybe celery also.

Sam's you ruined the soup i have been waiting months and months for. you should have just left it alone. it was so good there was no need to mess with it. the pepper is fine but the smokey flavoring is awful.
