The container it comes in is not a cheap little container, but really nice. The portion was appropriate, and I was filled sufficiently. For a frozen meal, I liked that there were a limited amount of ingredients which is not the norm compared to most frozen entrées on the market. As someone who is health-conscious, I steer clear of anything I cannot pronounce. These fit the bill. I do not like that there is soy in these, but I understand not all unwanted ingredients can be avoided. Cooking instructions are easy and straightforward. Taste wise I would say it could use a little bit more salt and spice, but I also understand for the targeted audience, this needs to be lower. It didn't taste bad at all, and I liked the flavor of the tomato sauce. I would like to see a little bit more chicken added to each bowl. Otherwise, this is definitely something I would have in my freezer for lunches.
