It provides protein for us for whole day working. I'd love if it has a little bit more sour. But overall, I like it.

It has chicken, broccoli, pasta and marinara sauce. It has a good amount of fiber and protein for around 250 calories (according to packaging). I like that it is not altogether when putting it in the microwave: the broccoli, chicken and pasta are heated by the steam of the sauce, which makes the texture of everything much better. It is ready in 4 minutes, so easy, fast and healthy! The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because, to my taste, it lacks seasoning. I add some salt and Italian seasoning and it is delicious. Lovely option for busy weeknights.

First time buyer and it's not bad except the marinara has a weird taste…when I heated the 2nd meal I left the sauce in bottom and took out the top tray put in a plate put my own sauce on top and ate it…was more to my taste…

This product couldn't be doctored up enough to enjoy it. Didn't like it initially but tried again. Nope! Threw all the rest out. So bland and tasteless. My spouse is disabled and chewing was difficult.

These had zero flavor. I was very disappointed with these. I was really hoping they would be good since they had good protein and not too pricey.

I bought this based on the plethora of 5 star reviews. I should have known better. Being Italian, a foodie and decent cook I could barely choke it down. Adding salt, garlic salt, crushed red pepper and cracked pepper didn't make it more palatable. I wanted to like it. I just could not.
