Hello there! We are sorry to hear your clothes smell musky or moldy after using Gain detergent. This usually is not caused by the detergent itself but can happen if there is residue buildup or moisture issues in your washing machine. To fix this, try rewashing your clothes with the hottest water safe for the fabric and the recommended detergent amount. If your items are bleach safe, adding bleach can help too. Make sure to remove clothes promptly after washing and keep the washer door open between uses to air it out. If you have further questions please contact us at (800) 888-4246.
