I can't complain as there haven't been any issues, but I assume it's doing its job and keeping everything good down there. I typically see a change in things or have issues around my cycle as hormones affect me, and this seemed to keep things in check. I won't know for sure unless I continue taking it for a longer period of time, but it may be worth the cost to avoid the frustration of *female issues* we all could do without. It's not cheap but worth a try!

I have taken various probiotics in the past, but they were always geared towards gut health. This is the first product I’ve tried that is both a prebiotic and probiotic specifically for a woman’s vaginal and urinary tract health. I have had a good experience so far with the product and will continue with the regimen. I understand you need to take it for several months for better effectiveness.

After a slew of back to back UTIs, it was so much easier to test myself at home rather than run off to a lab, wait in a long line, etc. etc. These test strips were accurate and were easy to use. I highly recommend this product.
