Each swab and pH test strip comes individually wrapped and includes a picture guide on how to read the pH strip once you have tested your sample. I was experiencing what felt like some type of imbalance and the test kit made it easy to test my pH and decide how to move forward. The kit is convenient to take with you when going on vacation or if you are away from home as well.

It comes with two test strips in each box, but it would be nice if there were a couple more included. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, so there’s nothing to be intimidated by when doing this for the first time. It was easy to swab without any irritation or discomfort as well. The results were immediate and, as indicated, came within 30 seconds. It’s a great way to understand what your pH level is and what might be going on. This is definitely a medicine cabinet must-have to keep track of how my body is doing and be aware of any changes.
