It comes with two sterile swabs and two pH test strips it can help you determine if you have a yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis or try trichomoniasis. It has a great chart on the back which makes it easy to read your results. All you have to do is gently spread apart your vagina insert the cotton swab tilt the cotton swab so it hits your walls for 5 seconds and then gently drag the cotton swab across the test area.
