[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was amazing at first but very quickly developed dark areas that spread. Withing 4 months it was noticeably darker. After a year i could nit watch it in a room with any light whatsoever. I tried all of the online "fixes" resetting it to factory default. Turning off the auto brightness adjust nothing fixed it. Probably my worst samsung experience ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, a nice looking television. The quality of the software on the television is a mixed bag though. On the one hand, it's laid out nicely. For the first time ever, I ditched my Firestick in favor of the software provided by the TV manufacturer. On the other hand, it has annoying features like opening up directly to Samsung TV Plus when you turn the television on. Also if there is a network glitch, you basically have to reset the TV to get it working again. I had a glitch so bad one time that I actually started to fill out a repair form. No matter what I did, the TV wouldn't work. I turned off and somehow the next morning, it started working normally again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before anything else, the sound. The sound is great. Brightness Is great, never put 100. Contrast.. black are not the blackest..that's why I give 4 stars. Resolution, no discussion, great and vibrance, you have to use game mode and watch a game!

Love the fact that you can adjust the coloring to focus on certain colors. This TV is used in my she shed for movie nights and Im glad I am able to adjust the brightness to adapt to the room. The fact that I can change the resolution to match whatever input(media).

It was pricey, but worth it. For those that want a true movie experience, and crystal clear show viewing, you need to buy it.

The colors, resolution, and texture are incredible, whether watching a movie, or playing games. Brightness is absolutely perfect. The contrast is never what I had witnessed before. And the user interface is just breathtaking.
