Received unit quickly in perfect condition. Setup was quick and easy to do. Manual explains things clearly with no guessing. Generator, a WGen 9500 DF, fired right up and performs flawlessly and is built with quality in mind. I believe it will serve me for years to come.

I've only used the generator a couple of times and I haven't been disappointed. The primary reason for my generator is to power my whole house during power outages and I was able to do just that. It's considerably quieter than my previous generator which is a definite bonus. I haven't used the propane fuel option yet but its a nice feature to have. I would definitely recommend this generator to anyone that needs a strong powerful generator.

I have been using this Westinghouse Gen. for about a month now without a problem at all barn with no power ! Now I can water up straight from the well and the lighting ! It has been the best thing I have ever done for this barn and livestock ! Happy Homesteader

I've had several generators in the past this is my first dual fuel one and I was skeptical of how it would work, but since I switched over and was running the propane, I don't have to go out and check the fuel or fill it as much as was the gas Good running machine starts right up no problems whatsoever so far

Bought this Generator after my old one failed, this Generator was easy to figure out to use. multifunctional use, Started right up with the electric start which is an upgrade from my old one. Well made. Meeting all our expectations for what we needed.

I ordered and received this generator on October 16, 2024 just after Hurricane Helene's devastation that left the entire Western half of NC without electric power or any type of phone service. We used it the first time in December just after Christmas. Although I had a 24 year old generator that got us through the hurricane, I felt it was time to upgrade to a unit that would provide more electric power as our older one was limited to one 120V outlet and one 240 outlet. Our new Westinghouse generator has more than enough capability to supply all our electric needs when we need it, and I am totally overwhelmed with our purchase, as there is no rope pulling (although it's available) and it starts with no effort at all! If I could give a 10 star rating, this unit deserves it!

As soon as I opened the box, I was amazed at the solid construction of this generator. Great design which makes mounting wheels and supports an easy task. Followed the instructions with oil and connected the propane and fired it up. Runs great! Can't wait to put it to use!!

So far I am pleased with the product. Took a minute to get it started but seems to be fine now that it's running. Doesn't take up as much space as I thought, which is good. Easy to move around and like the color and features. Price was pretty good too. While I'm excited to use it I am in no hurry lol

I purchased this during a critical time when frozen tree limbs and power lines cause power outages. I have not used it yet but the product has a number to great features for the cost. Switching between gas and propane - wheels to maneuver easily and a well labled buttons and switches. New to the use of generators and this one is portable and appears to be easy to use.

Bought the dual gas/propane generator this summer to prepare for hurricane season. Literally took it out of the box and got it ready 2 days before we got hit with hurricane Helene and then Milton a week later. It worked flawlessly. It was a godsend when we lost power or could not get gas as we could use it with full size propane tank. Great buy. Love it.
