It works great! I found it a little tough to crank. Not enough to dock a star. I'm old and it's probably just me. The soap tank is a little awkward as well. Those things aside, it does the job really well. It's very easy to use once it's running and the hose is long enough I don't have to reposition it very often.

Easy assembly. Would like to have had the carry handle to fit in the guides with a little more friction [as is the handle seems loose while pulling]. This unit is ready out of the box to work. Little assembly is required. I would advise you to read the manual before use.

I have over a thousand feet of 10' and higher rock walls around my property and was looking for a pressure washer that would make it easier to clean the rocks. I had been using a 3600 psi pressure washer and was reading that stepping up to a 4400 psi pressure washer makes a big difference so I purchased the Westinghouse WPX4400. Initially, the pressure is great. When I first pulled the trigger it knocked me back the pressure was so great. I did not turn down the pressure knob, but will probably do so when I do not need so much pressure. The manual covers 3 different models (the 3600, 3800 and 4400). It is confusing when dealing with the 4400 since there are parts not even needed on the 4400, but this is not explained so it was a little frustrating trying to follow instructions that did not even apply to the 4400. It would be helpful if the manual explained when instructions do not apply to certain models. The first time I went to start the 4400 the compression was so high that it would not turn over. After five pulls the handle came off due to the knot pulling through the handle. After fixing the handle I tried to start it again while my wife held the trigger down on the wand. This removed some of the pressure and it then started. This should be explained in the manual that for the 4400 it is necessary to depress the trigger to reduce the pressure and compression. After the first time I just held the wand myself and pulled the trigger and was able to start the pressure washer myself. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

Box was opened after the return date. It was event that this was previously returned. The packing of the items was out of place. All pieces were included. The setup was fairly easy and straight forward. The Handlebar was bent. It took some muscle to get it on. The pull string handle was broken at the base. To rate this product is too soon. For a 3600psi it seem not to be as powerful as I thought be. I have used others of a lesser psi which seem to be more powerful. For my purpose, it will work. I did my sidewalk approximately 30m long with the initial used. It took one tank of gas using the orange nozzle. My Driveway will be next. My rating is based on packing of the product. If I had opened earlier, I may would have returned it. Its working

Purchased end of Sept 23 but didn't unbox until early June 24. Assembly was simple and short. The start-up instructions were detailed and complete. I did have to add an additional 2-4 oz of oil than what was supplied. The engine started after only a half dozen pulls and ran smoothly. I did a small area of my brick wall for about 15 minutes experimenting with different nozzles. The zero degree nozzle worked best for this application. Thus far my experience though limited has been positive.

We have a very long driveway that needs cleaning annually! I needed a better Power Washer to thoroughly clean our driveway as my old one just didn't do the job. I found the solution with the WPX3800 which does a fantastic job! Thank you Westinghouse!

Once started it works great! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it took us a minute to get it started. I wish it had clearer instructions on how to get started with better pictures. We do love it though and it cleaned our driveway great. I am planning on starting a small business which is why i decided to go with this pressure washer due to the better views and psi level. I recommend this product to first time users who want a pressure washer to do the job!!

I love my new pressure washer! It came well packaged and there was minimal work to start using it after unboxing. It has done a great job cleaning my house, deck and outdoor furniture after the winter. I'm greating so much done around the house using it! So glad I decided to go with this model.

Just unboxed it. I am pleased. Easy assembly ( you'll need allen wrench and a 10MM). Started on the 2nd pull from dead empty! The QDs on the hose and handle make storage a lot easier! Good pressure and flow. Took a bit to purge out the air in the pump (surged for a few minutes) but then settled down. You will get some strange smells as it warms up and burns the paint off the muffler. I'd give it 5 stars but I'll reserve the last star until after it's been used for awhile.

While assembeling the pressure washer I have had some questioins.I found 4 bolts that are not mentioned in the assembly steps. I also have a plastic tube that is not part of the assembly. I was directed to fill out the warrenty paperwork before getting a chance to have any questions answered. So I hope it works out. So far so good.
