I purchased this pressure washer recently hoping that the relatively higher psi and gpm would provide the output I needed. Unfortunately, for my setup, I needed more of both. The pressure washer is a good package for someone starting out. An issue worth noting was the disappointing and surprising amount of times the pressure washer stalled out when I let off the trigger. An approximate and probably conservative estimate is 35% of the time. This could have been this machine, or I'll leave room for user error somehow, but it negatively impacted my efficiency.

I have used other gas pressure washers and most recently an electric pressure washer. None of them compare to the strength of this Westinghouse 3600 psi unit. I also purchased the 16.5 inch driveway circular cleaner attachment and it made quick work of a dirty Florida driveway. What used to take 6 hrs. took me less than 2 hrs. Only used this once so far but couldn't be more pleased.

I am doing power washing for 15 years, my old power washer broke. So I bought this one (WPX 3800) and I am very impressed. Weight is no problem, power abundant. I overfilled oil and had some issues, but service call was excellent. Evidently there was some oil in the engine, so when I "filled" it, was to much. But great product, great service.

While assembeling the pressure washer I have had some questioins.I found 4 bolts that are not mentioned in the assembly steps. I also have a plastic tube that is not part of the assembly. I was directed to fill out the warrenty paperwork before getting a chance to have any questions answered. So I hope it works out. So far so good.

Satisfied with the power of the unit although it came without the key way installed on the pump. Fell out when I opened the box. Had to install myself after calling the factory. Disconnected 4 bolts on the pump and installed the key on the motor shaft. Also, this pressure washer is a beast to crank, but when it’s running it does a great job on most anything, concrete driveways, vinyl fencing etc.

Had purchased a different gas power washer from a different location different model and had to return it after one use. Had a lot of plastic components that broke very easily. Thi Westinghouse model is very well made and will probably last for years to come.

I bought this because I got tired of spending an entire day washing my driveway with my electric pressure washer. Assembling it was pretty straightforward, no issues there. The only issue I had so far was getting it to run. I followed the instructions in the manual, line by line, to start it up and I could not get it to run. After several attempts of pulling the cord and releasing the pressure from wand, I was ready to call it quits. I stood there looking at it, thinking to myself that I should've gone with the Simpson, but then I noticed a lever with a yellow tab and stickers of a rabbit and turtle right below it. I saw it earlier when assembling it, but I did not see anything about it or its function in the manual so I didn't think much of it. The lever was position all the way to the right (turtle), so I moved it all the way to the left (rabbit) and pulled the cord and wah-lah...it ran. Did some googling afterwards and found out the lever is to control the Throttle/Engine Speed. It would have been nice if Westinghouse included that in their instructions. With this being my first gas powered tool, I didn't know that it was something I had to do. Anyway, I tested a small part of my driveway to see how strong it was and yes, it will definitely save me time.

I bought this pressure washer back in March 2025. I have already used it several times. I am very impressed with it. I use it for washing the cars mostly and it does an excellent job. I have used it on my house. We had a high winds thunder blizzard. After the melting everything had a blanket of dirt on it. It made everything look so ugly and gross. I got out the pressure washer and went to work cleaning the cars, house, sidewalks, porch, and deck. Everything is now back to its natural bright colors for the spring and summer months. So happy with my decision to purchase this pressure washer. The last one I had (different brand) didn't do half the job this one does. Thanks Westinghouse.

I purchased this pressure washer to replace another brand that I had owned for years. This one has much more cleaning power than the other brand and has a true Triplex Pump! The build quality is excellent and comes with a 3 year warranty too. I've known the word Westinghouse since I was a child. I believe that growing up in the late 1960s and 70s we had Westinghouse kitchen appliances. I highly recommend this WPX3600 and yes I would buy it again.

This is a excellent quality machine worth the extra money over a cheap one. Great pressure, easy to use, longer better-quality hose than I had previously, great tires. The company is attentive and responds immediately to any inquiries. I highly recommend this company and this machine.
