I have been taking this product daily for the past four years. It has virtually removed my adult acne, my nails are no longer brittle, and my hair thicker and stronger. Couldn't live without it.

Love this product! My only complaint is that I do not like the fact that I cannot add a cold liquids to it. Cold liquids makes blobs/chunks of powder which is pretty gross. I have to always use hot liquids for the powder to dissolve.

I have been taking this for a few months now and I love it. I actually noticed a difference in my energy level immediately so I do not take it in the evening lol. It is permanently part of my daily self care routine.

I've been using this for over a year. I've not seen any change in my skin. It's easy to take but unfortunately I will not be purchasing anymore of this product due to no changes.

I too want to like this product, however, precipitation formed with most of my hot drinks. Changed to bottle water, changed to new gallon of milk, but precipitation form before I can finish my drink.

I've been taking this product daily in my morning cup of coffee for 18 months. An avid runner, I had been experiencing joint pain in my knees and ankles, so decided to add this product (in addition to some specific strength training) to my routine. Not only is my joint pain completely gone, but I have more energy overall, my skin is soft, my eyes are bright, and my hair is thick! So many added bonus results! I have been using this product for a few months and it is easy to use and there is no after taste when added to coffee or tea. I bought this more for my joint health since my shoulders were strained and very painful, with yoga, PT and vital collagen peptides they have improved and no new strains or injuries have occurred.

I am a big fan of this product. I only use 1 scoop a day (I am cheap) but have noticed a big difference in my skin, hair, nails, and joints. Skin is plump and more even colored, hair looks thicker, and my nails are growing so fast its almost annoying. I also used to have joint pain in my hips often, and I just realized yesterday that it is completely gone. I like thinking about all of the unseen things it is doing to help my body on the inside. Highly recommend!

Too soon to see changes as I'm only halfway through my first jar. Time will tell. Does not mix well in cold liquid but easily dissolved in hot water. I mix it in my hot coffee and I can't even tell it's there and I'm one who is super picky about my coffee.
