Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback with us. We apologize that this change may come at an inconvenience to you. This initiative is one small change Vital Proteins is taking toward a more sustainable future. With this change, along with the removal of our scoops we are able to reduce our environmental plastic waste by 1,800M tons, and reduce our overall plastic use by 90% across all of our canister offerings. Here at Vital, we always strive to exceed our customers' expectations. We will record your feedback and information and provide this to our team for further review.

Thank you for your message. We’re sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations. We always strive to do better and are looking into this issue. Your feedback is very important to us.
