I bought this & I add it to my coffee every morning. Disolves quickly with no taste at all.

I cannot go a day without a scoop of vital proteins.

Perfect for my coffee. Unflavored and mixes easily

So happy I am taking this. My hair look so much better. My nails are longer and skin is softer

I bought this to help with my joints and hair. I'm not disappointed at all.

Unfortunately, I have not noticed any changes to my skin, joint health, hair or nails.
