I LOVE THE PRODUCT HOWEVER I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW PACKAGE. IT IS TOO HARD TO GET THE POWDER OUT OF THE TALL CYLINDER EVEN USING THE EXTENDED HANDEL SCOOP. I WILL NOT GET THE PRODUCT AGAIN. :--(

It doesn't always dissolve, I don't care for the taste, I don't like that such a small quantity is in a plastic container. I'd rather get larger quantity in packaging that can decompose and not end up in a landfill.

I sure wish I kept my scoop from my last container had I known they stopped putting them in there. It's a pain to have to pour out the container and “guess”. Other than that, I love this stuff.

I just finished my first jar of Vital Proteins. So far I do not see any difference in my hair, nails, skin tone, and general wellness. I will give the product a chance to work - 3 months.

The product is great and I notice a difference in my skin and hair. Please change the plastic packaging ASAP. I'll be looking for an alternative until you can make this responsible change.

I used this collagen powder in my smoothies. It did not change the flavor of my smoothie or leave any clumps. The powder is very fine & dissolves easily!

I tried mixing this in water. It clumped up and stuck to the spoon like slime. A little bit dissolved. It is not tasteless. Guess I'll go back to pill form.
