My nails would not grow after too may gel manicures. After using this for 1 month, my nails are strong! I have not really noticed a big difference in my hair or skin yet. I love this product.

Love this product! My only complaint is that I do not like the fact that I cannot add a cold liquids to it. Cold liquids makes blobs/chunks of powder which is pretty gross. I have to always use hot liquids for the powder to dissolve.
