Love this product. I can add to cold or hot drinks. Helps when I am intermittent fasting to get the amount of protein I need during the day

I love the vital proteins since the first week I started to take it, I noticed a difference in my joints, skin and nails. Definitely I recommend it!

Love the collagen peptide! Love the flavor and have noticed a big improvement in my skin. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been using this for 3 weeks. Although I haven't seen a change in my hair growth, I am seeing a change in reducing cravings.

I buy it every three months to complement my breakfast and have a very good result on my nails and hair.

Since I started this product, my joint pain is gone and, my muscles developed significantly. I would certainly recommend it.
