This is the first time using the peptides but I like to put it in my green tea lattes or smoothies he flavor is so mild it can be added to anything

I bought this product about two months ago and I've seen the difference, my hair is not falling as much, it makes me so happy.

This is an amazing product. I use it in my coffee every morning. It dissolves instantly and is an excellent way for me to get my morning protein.

I have really enjoyed this product. It blends in easy with my drinks and smoothies with no change to the taste. I think it helps. Thank you.

I have been adding collagen peptides to my tea in the morning. I've noticed a big difference in my energy levels throughout the day!

We add it to our coffee, smoothies or just water. We love the added protein source it gives us as well as hair, skin and nails benefits.

I love vital proteins. I truthfully don't like the taste of the unflavored alone but usually mix it with lemonade, juice, etc. and it tastes great!

I love the way it melts into liquids (yogurt, soup, stew, so many things) and one can't taste it and yet our bodies are being nourished.

....but my bad on the size. Miss read. Thought it was the bigger size and when I opened the 10 oz is was half full

Taking this has really made my hair grow more healthy. Plus my finger nails are really growing stronger.
