I took Vital Protein everyday for 30 days when I ran out. It tastes horrible and I did not notice any difference anywhere.

Love this product! No taste, smell, texture, etc. love adding it to smoothies, muffins, anything really! It's great!

I put 2 scoops in my coffee every morning. It dissolves quickly and has no flavor making it so easy.
