I've only been taking Vital Proteins for a week or so. So far so good. I will definitely report back with my findings.

Why does the 20oz pkg say serving size is 4 tbsp (20 g), when the stick packets say a serving size is 10g?

I love Vital Protein. My skin tone improved a lot, skin moisture level increased and also cellulite.

Be sure to add hot water to this so it isn't filled with clumps as you swallow it. I think it is hard to take.

This is a wonderful product I use every morning mixed into my AM coffee. Definitely recommend to all my friends!

Since using this product I've noticed healthier skin and all around healthier lifestyle! my body feels great!

Not only is this tasteless, but it actually makes my smoothies taste better. It's very smooth and adds a creaminess to drinks. Love love love!

My hair was falling out. I decided to try Vital Protein Collagen Peptides. OMG! My hair started growing back, better than it was before!

Loved the collage peptides power, never fails to be a staple! Hated the collagen water. It was disgusting!

Used this every morning in my coffee and it was great. No taste although i wouldn't recommend mixing it in oatmeal.
