I've been taking this for about a year now with a noticeable difference in how I feel. I can certainly tell when I forget to take it for a day! I use it in my smoothie (scoop) and drink. My nails are the fit things I noticed because usually my nails break off as soon as the grow and my nails seem stronger, and longer now without the edges breaking. I also noticed it helped my lashes, I have very long lashes but I feel like this gave it more shine, strength, but the #1 sure thing I'm noticing is my nails are strong af now. Which I love.

I purchased this item based on the the benefits provided, all of which I needed. I stir in a scoop every morning in my coffee, it's tasteless so there's no aftertaste. I can't say I saw immediate results simply because this is my first month of use. This I will remain on until I experience change. My hair is however showing sparse fuzz in areas of scarceness.

I really can't get over the nasty smell and taste. It taste like the smell of stinky socks if that makes sense. I tried putting it in different kinds of drink, and can't mask the smell. I feel like I wasted my money because unfortunately. If you don't mind drinking nasty socks then go for it. But it is NOT odorless

I starting using it to start my day by putting it in my coffee or yogurt and already feel better.
