This is very easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I add it to my tea in the morning and can't even taste it. I've only been using it for a little over two weeks, but so far so good.

So many people have recommended this, and I just can't figure out how to use it, capsules in the way just left it in my oatmeal stand the way it smelled. Will not choose to ruin my morning coffee with this. Also I don't really need the 14 or the 70 cal I was buying it for the collagen

I have been using Vital Proteins for years and couldn't be happier with this product. I stopped using it for 4 or so months to test it, to truly see if it made a difference in how I felt in general. And I realized that I did feel better all around when I incorporated Vital Proteins in my diet. I couldn't wait to add it back and will continue to use this product forever.

This is bittersweet. The first tub I purchased took a while to get here (I'm in Canada), but was well worth the wait. The product was amazing! I noticed major benefits with my skin. Breakouts became less/none, texture and tone were even..it was great! My nails were also super strong and growing quickly. Of course I decided to purchase another tub. Unfortunately, the quality of this one wasn't great. It clumps regardless of liquid temperature and does not dissolve well at all. For the shipping and duties I have to pay for the product, I'd like to see more consistency in quality before I'd purchase again. It's a shame because the first tub was great! It's just a bit expensive to gamble on whether or not the next tub would be like the first or second one I got.

Decided to try taking a collagen supplement and research directed me to Vital Proteins. I really like that this particular product has the hyaluronic acid and vitamin C already in it. I do feel like my skin is better and I just feel better overall. It is very easy to use - every morning in my coffee and I add it to different things all day. It dissolves well and has no taste or smell. I'm sticking with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started adding the VP Collagen Peptides to my coffee everyday for the past 2 months. My hair and nails are stronger than ever. But, I actually started taking it after doing some research and reading the founders reasons for creating Vital Proteins Collagen. I have suffered a few similar injuries to include torn rotator cuff, split peroneal tendon. Anyhow I am in it for the protection from all those injuries!

So many great reviews, and after a quick bit of research it was an easy decision to give this a try. UNFLAVORED doesn't mean FLAVORLESS. This tastes utterly disgusting to me. I first tried in ice cold water, it turns stringy and does not dissolve (advertisement says mixes in hot or cold water...), so now I mix it in room temp water and it dissolves like a dream. Tastes like someone handed me a piece of aged cow hide to soak in water as the nastiest tea ever... After choking this down about a week (hey, I want to use it and give it a chance), I now plug my nose and can gulp the hide flavored water down in 20 or so seconds. I don't drink coffee or any other strong tasting drink, so I'm not sure if the claims are true that "I mix it in my coffee" and it doesn't take like bovine flavored coffee. Is it making a difference, though? My nails have grown long and strong since I was a kid. My hair has improved beyond measure once I stopped coloring it about 5 years ago (hello beautiful healthy silver). My joints have done a complete 180 once I started drinking a lot of water (before I started taking this supplement). Why do I need this, then? Well, because I'm 50, and I figured why not get an edge over Father Time? But this... I can't take it. Did I tell you how disgusting it tastes?! Really, no one else thinks this?? Just because a beautiful celebrity endorses this does not mean any of the claims are true. She may have amazing genes and just take care of herself. Some people are extremely lucky, and some people have taken care of themselves for years, and will look amazing no matter how much cow hide tea they drink, so it's not the actual supplement they are taking. Correlation does not equal causation.
