I have been taking these collagen capsules about 3 weeks and I see a big difference in my skin and nails. Hoping my hair also gets better, I will keep you posted.

I love my collagen peptides. I've been taking it for over a year now. My joints aren't as cracky sounding anymore and I can tell a difference in how my body feels overall. Great product.

LOVE my Collagen Peptides. I put them in my tea, waffle mix and pancakes mix. I also put it in my husbands coffee. Others make there own collagen but they don't compare to Vital Proteins.

Love the collagen peptides in either bulk or packet form. I love Asian broths, so to ensure enough protein, I add peptides. When traveling abroad, the packets are a life saver. . I never have to worry, I am not getting quality protein.

Since adding this to my daily routine, I can feel the difference in my overall health ! My joints feel better, my nails are getting stronger and even my skin feel amazing.

Bought this two weeks ago to give it a try. Not disappointed at all. Skin looks much brighter. Wishing I would have taken before pictures! The only downfall is that sometimes it clumps together and gets gooey when mixing in water.

Love Vital Protiens Collagen Peptides! I use it daily in my morning coffee. It dissolves completely and doesn't change the taste or texture of the drink at all. Easy way to add healthy protien and collagen to your diet.

My latest order of VP has a really hard time dissolving in my hot black coffee this time around and also alters the taste in a really negative way. I have opted out of using it often now. I'm not sure what changed, this is my 4th or 5th tub I think.

I have a sensitive stomach and this protein collagen works the best in my body. I have a shake every morning and stay regulated because of this product. You have to try it!
