I haven't noticed any difference in my joints, nails, hair or skin yet. My issue is the container starts 28 servings and I only had 18 or 19, quite a difference.

Been using a tablespoon daily for 2 months and skin is looking beautiful. More smooth and soft. I wonder if it's helping with my bone density but won't know for awhile

I've been using this for several months and do not notice any change in hair skin or nails. Also it dissolves poorly even in hot drinks (lumps) and often has a very bad taste (each canister is different, which is a little scary)

Honestly it wouldn't be my morning coffee without my collagen. This product makes my nails and my hair grow so fast and my nails are so much stronger than they used to be

I enjoy this product. It's a good way for me to get extra protein, given that I'm a vegetarian, but why is the container half full? I just opened this morning and the container is literally half full

I am on my second container and use it almost daily adding to my oatmeal or yogurt. So easy to add to anything, no taste or smell and am loving the results.

I started using collagen peptides to help with minor aches. It has helped tremendously. I plan on continuing to add a scoop to my morning coffee to aide in relief.
