I had no trouble opening the new packaging, but it definitely does not seal tight when dropped. Fortunately, I had an empty screw top package that I could pour the remaining collagen in.

The reason I am giving 2 stars. I am on my second container, and I don't see, or feel a difference in my skin, nail, hair, or joints. I'll give a full 3 months, and follow up with my review.

I absolutely love this product. I use it everyday and have noticed such a difference in my hair, skin and nails. The best part is, you cant even taste it!

The powder dissolves really well in hot tea, which is the main way I use it. It also mixes pretty well into my BCAAs for a post-workout boost. I do notice a slight flavor but it all depends on what I am mixing the powder with.

This product has been changed and you can't tell me otherwise. We are no longer getting the full benefit that it did in the past. Although we're still paying the same outrageous price. You have lost this long time customer!

I started taking collagen for my skin but noticed the improvement in my joints. It's an easy addition to my morning coffee routine with multiple health benefits. Been in it for 6 mos, started the auto send pgm after three.

I've been using this collagen for a few weeks now, no complaints, my skin looks better and hair seems to be getting better .. will update in another few weeks !

i've been buying and using this product for years and feel that it is one of the main ingredients in a diet that keeps my joints in good working order...thanks for the reliable product and service...: ) david

My latest order of VP has a really hard time dissolving in my hot black coffee this time around and also alters the taste in a really negative way. I have opted out of using it often now. I'm not sure what changed, this is my 4th or 5th tub I think.

Ive been using this product for over a year. This last container received does not come with a scoop and will not dissolve. It clumps and floats to the bottom of my cup. I use it in my hot tea in the mornings.
