I started using this product three months ago, and my hair and nail growth has been spectacular. I also notice my joints are much less stiff (my knees always used to bother me). I'm a convert and have turned my friends / family onto it as well!

I have been taking a scoop of the collagen peptides in my morning coffee along with ghee a d cinnamon in the blender to turn my coffee into a superfood!! I love it! It blends well and has no taste.
