I've seen a lot of difference in my skin especially, since I've been taking this product. I'll be 67 soon, and the rinkles I've been seeing in recent years have been diminishing. I highly recommend this product.

Used this product for at least 6 months or more! My nails are still brittle and my hair hasn't changed at all!! Would not recommend and will not get any more!! They use Jennifer to sell it!!

Beware! Folks that have tree nut or peanut allergy should be aware that this product is made in a facility that may contain nuts. Other than this issue, the product is worth the buy.

I am on my second container and see nor feel difference. I am 71 years. Does it take a couple of containers to notice a change? Also, I drink 2 scoops in water every day. please help me. I want this to work!

While I applaud the effort to make the packaging more eco-friendly, they need to do a better job with the instructions on how to detach the new paper lid. They have an arrow indicating where to lift but it's confusing because you think it's where the lid should be separated from the body of the canister - it's not. So, if you interpret their arrow that way, you end up cutting the very top lap which is not their intention. IMO, the upward-pointing arrow should go below the dotted line with instructions to the effect of “detach here” to minimize confusion. The 2nd issue w/this paper flap top vs their previous plastic screw on cap is that you can't lift the canister by grabbing it from the top. If you did, the paper lid pulls up and away from the canister and if the canister is full - i.e. when you first buy it - the contents will spill all over your countertop and floor like it did with me just now. Very frustrating. Pls work on this. I would attached pictures showing my recommendations but their system is currently not letting me (I'll keep trying) but hopefully you can visualize what I mean.

I guess there is nothing better than go w sustainability! No matter how unusable this NEW - container is! The person responsible for designing this should return the diploma and retire for ever! What is the purpose of this - other than to anger your customer ? I will never ever purchase this, not because the powder is bad, but because I CANNOT store the actual product. I spend 30 minutes opening the paper container - ended up to cut it in to pieces Now I am trying to find jar - to store the powder- so it doesn't get moister in it! Congratulations! Your sustainability ruined your product! The worst container I had ever seen

I used (plain) VP years ago, this time I purchased the chocolate flavor, noticed a slight body smell shortly after. Directions advise to mix with hot water, some used coffee, I was told heat minimizes the benefits though, is this true? I made hot chocolate and added it in coffee, I love both ways. New container is difficult to open, not a fan.

I buy the chocolate and use it in my coffee. Love this product and. Have purchased more than 25. In the beginning, they had a great little scoop, but that was discontinued, which was OK. Fortunately I had saved one. Now there's this new cardboard packaging. I understand sustainability but my senior hands could just not get the top pulled off. I ended up having to take a sharp knife to the cardboard and butcher the leg to get the product out and then transfer it to another container please, please, find a happy in between I just cannot manage this container.

I really like the regular formulation of vital proteins so I thought the addition of hyaluronic acid and vitamin c would make it that much better. Geez was I wrong. This stuff is horrible and inedible. I'm not sure why anyone thought it was a good idea to release this product.
