I've been using Vital Proteins for two weeks and I already see a difference with my nails and hair! And, I work out daily and usually hear my creaky knees when I do lunges. Didn't hear a single creak today!

After using one scoop a day for about 10 days I had an allergic reaction. Itchy red spots on my face. I stopped using it for a few days to be sure this was the cause and the reaction went away.

This is the best powder collagen I have ever tried. I use it every day in my coffee and it mixes in so easily. It also helps me to remember to take it everyday since I drink coffee everyday. It is also flavorless so I can add it to any drink.

I add this to my protein shakes and smoothies. It's a great addition to get some extra protein in and it's unflavored so it doesn't alter the taste of any of my shakes!
